At Ayesha Anwar Interiors, I want your design experience to feel smooth, supportive, and transparent. These policies ensure clarity and fairness for both your time and mine.
Payment & Refund Window
Payment for all consultations and e-design services is due at booking.
Payments are refundable within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, all sales become final and non-refundable.
Gift certificates are non-refundable once issued.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for refunds.
Missed appointments (no-shows) are not refunded and must be rebooked as a new session.
Intake Form Requirement
Your intake form must be completed before your session.
If required information is not submitted, your session may be shortened or rescheduled at your expense. Refunds are not issued in these cases.
Late Arrivals
Your session begins at the scheduled time even if you join late.
Late arrivals greater than 15 minutes may be treated as a no-show.
Technology & Access
Virtual sessions take place via Google Meet.
Please ensure you have:
A stable internet connection
A working device for video or screen sharing
Access to the meeting link provided
If technical issues occur on your side, the session cannot be refunded.
If issues arise on our end, your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Service Scope
Refunds will not be provided for:
Color variances due to screen differences
Vendor or shipping issues
Contractor or installer errors
Item availability or price changes
Personal preference changes after recommendations are delivered
Designs are conceptual and offered as aesthetic guidance only.
Project Photos
With your permission, project images may be used for portfolio or marketing.
Identifying details are never shared.
