Welcome to Ayesha Anwar Interiors (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this website, booking a service, or accessing any content, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

1. Intellectual Property

All content—including logos, text, graphics, mood boards, design concepts, course materials, templates, and digital downloads—is owned by Ayesha Anwar Interiors unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content

  • Use design concepts for commercial or resale purposes

  • Republish or alter materials without permission

2. Scope of Virtual Design Services

All e-design and virtual services are provided for aesthetic and conceptual guidance only.

Our services do not include:

  • Structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical design

  • Engineering calculations or construction documents

  • On-site measurements, verification, or installations

If your project involves construction, you must consult a licensed contractor or engineer.

3. Virtual Consultations

All sessions are conducted via Google Meet unless otherwise arranged.
A meeting link will be provided prior to your scheduled consultation.

You are responsible for:

  • Accurate measurements

  • Photos and project details submitted

  • Internet connectivity and ability to join virtual meetings

4. Booking, Payments & Refunds

All appointments must be booked through Squarespace Scheduling/Acuity.

We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal.
Payment is required at booking.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are permitted within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Missed appointments or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.

  • Rescheduling must be done prior to the appointment time.

Intake forms must be completed before your session. Failure to do so may delay or impact your service.

5. Recommendations & Product Purchases

All product suggestions and sources are recommendations only.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays, damages, defects, or shipping issues

  • Product availability, pricing, or returns

  • Order placement or freight claims

You are responsible for verifying dimensions, suitability, safety, and installation requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ayesha Anwar Interiors is not liable for:

  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in design suggestions

  • Damages resulting from reliance on recommendations

  • Contractor performance, vendor actions, or third-party behavior

  • Losses due to delays, construction issues, or installation problems

  • Website errors or outages

Use of this website and services is at your own risk.

7. Affiliate Links & Advertising

This site may include affiliate links (e.g., Amazon, LTK).
We may earn a small commission if you purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you.

All opinions and recommendations reflect our genuine design perspective and experiences.
Affiliate disclosures follow FTC guidelines.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the site

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Upload malicious code

  • Harass or misrepresent yourself in communication
